Dust off your fancy dress and get your Gatecrasher tickets, PPS are pulling out the stops for Halloween! Prizes will be awarded for the best and most original or inspired fancy dress, with individual and group categories.
Don’t forget to buy your Gatecrasher ticket!


PLUS! After Christmas....
Now we’ve all settled in, here’s a range of events to keep us all busy and amused until the fast approaching holidays arrive!
Vale Fireworks
(6th November)
Join PPS as we attend one of the biggest dates in the university calendar - the Vale Fireworks! With a funfair, music and fireworks, it’s set to be a great night.
6pm - Funfair opens 7.30pm - Music starts 9pm - Fireworks
We will get there early to guarantee a good spot!

Paintballing!
Pit yourself against friends or strangers and get ready to duck, dive and roll in what never fails to be a great day out!
One of our most successful events last year was the Paintballing, which everyone loved! Keep your ears open for ticket sales - the places fill up very quickly!
Prices will be around £45 and will include coach travel, gear hire and some paintballs, although more will be available to buy on the day.

PPS Goes To Jongleurs
(13th November)
Week 7 of term, and we all need a bit of light relief - where better to get that than Jongleurs?!
With acts and tickets prices still to be confirmed, keep checking this space for more info.
Curry Night
(25th November)
Everybody needs to eat and drink, and who doesn’t enjoy socialising?
So come along and join PPS at our first Curry Night!
We will hire out an entire curry house in Selly Oak, for PPS members (and non-members) to enjoy at your leisure.

Christmas Party
(9th December)
With the holidays nearly upon us, and deadlines mostly out of the way, come along and let your hair down at our last event of the term, the PPS Christmas party.
Live music and drink - get out your dancing shoes!
• Cinema nights - a work in progress!• Go Karting - try not to get too competitive as you zoom around a track with your mates in a bid for pole position • Planetarium & Think Tank trips - a small effort to stimulate your minds and work those little grey cells • Pub Golf! - Yet more pub golf, for those of you who just can’t get enough of this classic night out!• Easter Egg Hunt - a new event for this year, should prove to be a bit of a giggle! • Pub Quiz - always a favourite with staff and students, this is a great night with some fantastic prizes, as well as the chance to impress with your general knowledge! • Paintball - Pit yourself against friends or strangers and get ready to duck, dive and roll in what never fails to be a great day out!
and of course...
Annual Spring Ball - the biggest event in the PPS calendar! With the standards raised, we’ll have to pull something out of the bag this year...
